Julianna cared for my two schnauzers in my home for a week. I was so impressed by her care and attention to detail. My dogs can be yappy and excitable and Julianna’s kindness and calming presence enabled them to warm to her quickly. She played with my dogs regularly, provided them with love and attention and quickly became their favorite person! Julianna also thoughtfully inquired about my preference on the cadence of communication and provided me regular updates. This was the first time I had hired a housesitter for my pups, so it was very comforting to hear from her regularly. Further, my home is in an area populated by coyotes, and Julianna followed all of my safety instructions to keep my dogs safe from predators. Beyond the excellent care Julianna provided to my dogs, she also treated my home with incredible respect and left it in better condition than she found it. Julianna is patient and caring with animals, she updates me often with pictures and texts, and responds quickly whenever I reach out for help. Julianna began helping me with my 2 cats, Eddy & Bella, when Eddy was diagnosed with diabetes, in 2022. She gave Eddy his shot every night and when I went out of town she fed and cared for both cats. In 2025, when Eddy got really sick she helped me give him an IV bag and sat with me when the time came to put him down. I don't use this app but I do continue to have Julianna take care of Bella whenever I got out of town.
