Hi! I'm 25 years old and am currently a DPT student at Shenandoah University. I've been on Rover for over 4 years now and love it! I'm originally from Upstate NY but hope to continue to care for some amazing pets while living in Winchester. With the stress of graduate school and having recently lost my childhood pets due to old age, having some animals in my life is just what I need! I absolutely love animals and have 17+ years of experience caring for my own 2 cats and 1 dog and various pets through Rover. I have plenty of experience in walking, feeding, bathing, and anything and everything that may involve caring for a pet. Having elderly pets, I also have a lot of experience administering medicine. I have successfully pilled multiple Rover cats and have never had any issues! I'm also very active and love to be outdoors and spend time playing with pets, so going on long walks and making sure your pets get their daily exercise is always my top priority!

The majority of bookings I get are for housesitting. I've always enjoyed housesitting because I know the pets feel most comfortable in their own environment, especially dogs. I also try and stick to their daily schedule as best I can so there is no added stress on the animals when their family is away. Just know they'll be getting lots of love and attention while you're gone!
Ratings and reviews
Julianna provided excellent services taking care of Shadow and Finn. She established a sound relationship with both dogs and they didn't seem to have missed us while we were on vacation. That was the objective and it was met in all regards. Great work!

Julie is an excellent pet and house sitter. She’s very competent, reliable, and attentive, and we never had to worry about anything while we were away. Knowing our home and pets were in such good hands gave us real peace of mind. We would absolutely recommend her and happily use her again.
Julianna was amazing with our dogs and they loved her immediately. One of my dogs is extremely picky with who he lets around him and he took to her right away. She house sat for us for a few days and we came back to a clean house and two happy dogs. She was great at sending pictures and updates during the stay and I felt like my dogs were well loved and cared for while we were gone. I would highly recommend her services and use her again in the future!
Julianna took fabulous care of our dogs for two weeks in our home. She took wonderful care of them and our house. She was observant and sent regular updates with pictures. We are grateful for finding Julianne and so are our beloved and spoiled pups.
All 7 of our fur babies really enjoyed hanging out with Julianna. Extremely responsive and excellent communication. Thank you very much!

Schedule
I'm currently a graduate student at SU so I will only be available for early mornings and evenings during the week. On weekends, I will be available all day.
