Hello! My name is Julianna, but most people call me Jules! I am grad student looking to work with animals as I am passionate about animal care. I have plenty of experience with various species – from all sorts of reptiles and amphibians, small animals, fish, to cats! I am in no way fearful of any task involving animals and I am always ready to help out! Additionally, I am a registered foster home for Heart in Hand Rescue as well as the SPCA. I specialize in caring for neonatal kittens – ensuring they are bottle-fed, healthy, and steadily gaining weight until they are ready for adoption! I have dealt with very sickly kittens and therefore feel as though I am knowledgeable, experienced, and ready to take on any task. I would gladly spend time playing or giving your pets lots of attention (if they want to!) and I am comfortable administering medications if need be. I look forward to hearing from you! I am very patient, gentle, and understanding. I know that pets can be apprehensive when it comes to meeting someone new. As a cat foster/rescuer, I have worked with all different kinds of personalities - playful, friendly, shy, fearful, and even feral (having never interacted with humans before). I will take the time to get to know your pet, and will do everything to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you are away. Additionally, I will always send photo updates to keep you in the loop!

Julianna is an animal lover to the core. We are both in a facebook group containing animal adoptions or fostering and she would often tag me in posts looking for people to give the animals a forever home. She had recently started fostering sick kittens and you will never find someone as dedicated as she is. She manages to balance school work and bottle feeding kittens every 2 hours. She has an extremely delicate touch with animals (as she has encountered many) and pays great attention to detail regarding their behaviour. Furthermore, she loves dogs so much that she would sometimes go to safari just to be able to look at them. Any person looking for someone who will care for their dog would be lucky to have Julianna as a dog sitter.
