I do work long hours at the vet hospital - my normal schedule is 11hr shifts F-M, with my days off being T-Th. If you book out far enough, I may be able to change my work schedule to accommodate (but no promises). I always try to be flexible and want to make sure that when booking, that I will be a good fit for your family + pets.

My pets are my children, and when petsitting or fostering I provide the same care I would to my own. I can assure you your pet(s) will receive all of the love, energy, and attention they desire. I have also sat for pets who are more anti-social and want to spend time by themselves & have experience dealing with all sorts of behavioral circumstances. I always appreciate a care-sheet so that I can stick as closely as possible to your pet’s normal schedule, and can/will always provide photos and updates throughout the duration of your trip. I keep tidy and will clean as well as water any plants, grab mail/packages, or whatever else you can think of that would be needed while you’re away!

Please let me know ahead of time if your pet has any special medications or anything that’s on a very time-strict schedule, so that I can make sure that my days will 100% allow for them to get what they need on time. Please also let me know ahead of time if your pet(s) have any sort of behavioral issues. While it’s not a problem for me if they do, I would like to be aware in case of any event that could trigger them in any way. e.g. aggressive toward other dogs, food aggressive, shy, etc.
A typical day
I always love when pet owners leave me a list of places they normally bring their dog(s), or for them to let me know what their dog enjoys. I love going for walks, so if your pet normally goes out on a daily basis, that just means I’ll have a friend (or friends) to walk with :). In prior bookings with dogs who like the water, with owners permission I will usually take them to the lake or along a creek or trail, or even just play with them in the yard with the hose. If they have any favorite toys, definitely point them out to me in advance!

I’ve been petsitting for dogs, cats, small animals & farm animals for over 10 years now. I grew up with Bull Mastiffs and now currently have 3 rescues who I spend much of my time with. Im comfortable administering medicine, bathing/grooming, training, exercising, and any cleaning necessary in addition to sitting. I’ve taken training and behavioral classes and have volunteered with local shelters and rescues for years. I currently work as a receptionist for a veterinary hospital & foster dogs and cats in my free time. I am open to both short + long term sitting!

Julianna is reliable, responsible, and mature. She has taken care of our two dogs and has done an excellent job, even taking the time to connect with our shy dog. I am extremely picky about who takes care of our animals and I am totally comfortable leaving our dogs with Julianna because I know they are in good hands. She is trustworthy and honest and I wholeheartedly recommend her.
Julianna is super reliable and great with animals. We asked her to watch our dog, 3 cats, bird and bunny while we were away for the holidays. She came over to meet us beforehand and was very thorough when asking questions. She sent lots of pictures during her stay and we could tell they all had a great time with her. We highly recommend!
Julianna was wonderful! She stayed overnight with our three little dogs for an entire week while we were away. She took them for daily walks, played with them, allowed them to sleep with her (as they are used to when we are home), fed them twice/ daily and kept them entertained. She sent us pictures, videos and updates throughout the week, which we greatly appreciated! She is definitely a 'dog person' and animal lover!!! We could tell that our doggies were very comfortable with her, as their little tails were up & wagging, and their personalities came through in the photos & videos-so we knew they were happy & having fun! We came home to a clean kitchen, everything in its place, etc. We highly recommend Julianna; and hope to use her again anytime we are away!
Julianna has been pet and home sitting for years. She has experience with all kinds of pets, including farm animals, both young and elderly, big or small. She frequently volunteers at rescue sanctuaries and rescues lost pets in the area. Julianna is comfortable administering medication to animals too. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a true animal lover who is responsible, reliable and caring.
