Juliana S. cancelled a booking 1 day before it was scheduled to begin.

I hate to leave a negative review, but unfortunately, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. From beginning to end, several of our interactions felt very odd. Firstly, we were sent to multiple different addresses before she told us the actual location of where we could drop him. Then, my dog was injured while in her care. I completely understand that accidents can happen, but I was uncomfortable with the way the situation was handled. Then, the day after I picked up my dog, she repeatedly accused me of taking another owner’s leash until I offered proof that the leash was, in fact, mine. Once it became clear that she had made a mistake about the leash, she then began telling me how difficult and poorly behaved my dog had supposedly been during his stay despite previously telling me that he was “such a sweet boy.” The sudden change in how she described him, only after realizing the accusation was mistaken, felt very strange and fabricated. Overall, the entire experience left me feeling uncomfortable and regretful that I had entrusted my dog to her care. I genuinely wish her well, but based on my experience, I would not recommend her for dog boarding.
