As Julian's sister, I can say with total confidence he's a natural with animals. We grew up with cats our entire lives (usually two or three at a time, including caring for a litter of black and orange tabby newborn kittens), and he was later "dad" to a terrier mix, Ziva, as a young adult. Julian genuinely loves being around animals and has cared for pets through every stage of life. He notices small things, like a change in appetite or energy level, and never brushes off a pet's needs. He's reliable, warm, and the kind of person people trust their homes and pets to without a second thought. Now that I'm a mom to a (human) toddler son, I see how incredibly caring he is with his nephew, which undoubtedly is an example of his warm, attentive, and generous spirit.
