Safety, trust & environment
In my home we let the animals come and go as they please with the doggy door, but we try and take the dogs on a long walk once a day to keep em healthy. We feed them dry food in the morning and wet at night. I try and spend a lot of time with my pets to create a familiar bond with them.

A typical day
I think its important for animals to explore the outdoors and be able to investigate all those interesting smells (theres so many)! We’ll play fetch with sticks and they’ll get belly scratches in the sun and we’ll get plenty of exercise and then when we get back home ill make sure theres enough water and food to replenish our appetites

Pet care experience
I was lucky enough to grow up with dogs and cats my whole childhood and have never spent a day in my house without a pet there. I love animals so much and it brings me so much joy to connect with them. I understand the patience and empathy it takes to get to know an animal and for them to feel comfortable around us. One day I hope to open up an animal shelter of my own on a big plot of land somewhere in the country and provide support to all kinds of animals.

Reviews

Julian was very responsive and provided frequent updates on his walk with our pup. Would definitely book again!
Julian is my best friend and has been for as long as I can remember, we met a Hebrew School, and have spent a lot of time together, so I feel like I have a good sense of him. We both come from families with pets, we both of two cats, he has a dog and I have three. I think the way someone treats an animal is a true test of there character. Julian is a very compassionate pet owner, he will (and has before) dropped everything that he was doing to give comfort for his cats and dog when they wanted it. He knows how to treat animals and people alike with respect to their boundaries but care for their safety and comfort. He was there for me at my house when we put down one of my dogs of 13 years whom he loved as well. He is a very responsible person juggling school and a music career while keeping lifelong relationships intact. He knows how to care for pets, he's practically a lifetime professional caring for both his and mine alike forever.
Julian is amazing with animals. He's so sweet with them and every animal he comes across he makes an effort to get to know them on an individual level. He is responsible, punctual, and sweet. He also has 2 cats and a dog which he adores and loves endlessly.
I went away for 2 weeks and Julian watched my dog, and housesat and when I returned, both house and animal were in fine shape.
