I’ve lived with cats for most of my life, so caring for them comes very naturally to me. For the past three years I’ve also been the proud owner of my own British Shorthair cats, which has given me even more hands on experience with daily cat care, understanding their personalities, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable in their environment. What sets me apart is how genuinely much I love cats - I’m a true cat person and absolutely obsessed with them! I’m very patient, gentle, and attentive to each cat’s unique personality, whether they’re playful and social or a little more shy and independent. I understand how important routine and a calm environment are for cats, so I always take the time to make sure they feel relaxed, cared for, and loved while their owners are away. I’ll happily spend time playing, giving attention (if they want it!), and making sure they’re comfortable and well looked after.

I care for cats in their own home where they feel most comfortable and secure. During visits, I follow the owner’s routine closely, including feeding, refreshing water, cleaning the litter tray, and making sure the cat is happy and healthy. I also spend time giving them attention, playtime, or quiet companionship depending on their personality. I understand that every cat is different, so I’m happy to adapt to their needs - whether that means interactive play, gentle affection, or simply sitting with them so they feel calm while their owner is away. I also keep owners updated with messages and photos so they know their cat is safe and well cared for.

This was my first time booking a cat sitter and I feel like I struck gold finding Julia, she was more than accommodating with my last minute booking. My little baby willow doesn’t come out of hiding for anyone new or even someone familiar but warmed to Julia instantly and i received lovely photos so I knew she was ok. Would highly recommend and I will be a returning client. Thank you again Julia, you really are someone special ❤️
Julia has been nothing short of amazing. She has made us feel so comfortable leaving our girl in her care. Julia provided frequent updates and photos packed with information! Our lovely shy girl took to Julia so quickly, clearly showing how genuinely kind natured Julia is. Julia is a very caring, conscientious and responsible person. Animals are quite literally the centre of her world as she has two lovely cats of her own. Those two girls receive the highest quality of care and unlimited love from Julia, and I'm sure she will do the same for all animals lucky enough to be in her care. Julia has taken care of my cat multiple times, and I felt so confident leaving Pixie with her- I know she is in safe hands. I would unreservedly recommend Julia to anyone looking for a new walker/ sitter for their furry friend!
I have never known someone who loves cats more and whom also has a greater attention to detail. Perfect traits for a cat sitter and I would recommend Julia to anyone.

My schedule is very flexible, so I’m able to plan my days around the needs of the cats I’m caring for -whether that’s feeding routines, playtime, grooming, or simply spending quiet time with them so they feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away.
