I have a fully fenced yard, perfect for supervised outdoor time, play, or just lounging in the sun. My resident pets are well-socialized and used to sharing their space, and I always prioritize slow, thoughtful introductions to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. While I’m not offering in-home boarding just yet, I’m excited to open up my home soon as a peaceful, pet-friendly space where your dog can feel truly at ease. In the meantime, I’m available to care for your pet in the comfort of their own home. I believe that stress-free care starts with a familiar environment and clear, reliable communication. Building trust is important to me—I keep you updated, listen closely to your needs, and always treat your pet like family.

This may include: - Scheduled eating times - Adequate amounts of exercise - Any medications your pet is currently taking - Emergency contacts, such as your usual vet - Your communication expectations of me, as well as your house rules so I can respect your time and space - Anything you believe is important for me to know!

With six pets of my own and previous experience in professional pet care, animals have always been a central part of my life. I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your pet’s well-being—and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. My approach is calm, patient, and fully attentive to each animal’s unique personality and needs. Whether your dog is energetic or shy, playful or quiet, I aim to provide a stress-free, comforting environment where they feel safe and cared for. I’m here to give you peace of mind and your pet a gentle, loving companion while you’re away.

We had the opportunity to observe Julia caring for our neighbors dogs. They are similar to ours, in that they are large and require vigorous exercise. She is clearly a dog person having several of her own with the physical ability to get the job done. She also cared for our two cats with great kindness as they are quite skittish. We found her pleasant to work with, punctual and detail oriented. We opted for the house/pet sitting for six days. We received daily photo/video updates helping to put us at ease. We feel fortunate to have stumbled upon the perfect pet/house sitter, that will be our go to person from here on out.
Julia gave us an opportunity to relax on our 8-day vacation knowing our new kitten was being cared for with utmost attention and affection. She is responsive, respectful and we found her trustworthy, dedicated and kind. Couldn’t have asked for more!
