I’ve always loved animals since I was a kid, and was the go to person among family and friends, or our neighborhood, for pet sitting and walking needs. I’ve owned and trained several dogs and cats myself and currently own a golden that I love to train and play with everyday. Being a pet owner myself I understand the importance of routine, and I’m more than happy to work with clients to adapt to your pets needs. Whether it’s crating your pet, or playing their favorite game, I’ll work to keep everyone happy and away from stress.

Julia (and Scout!) was a great sitter for Dende, and she was able to accommodate us on somewhat short notice. Would highly recommend.
Julia was awesome! Sent lots of pictures, was super quick to respond and gave lots of updates! We met Scout a few days before so our dogs could adjust, and that put us at ease leaving them for so many nights.
Julia did an excellent job pet sitting for my dog Max. She communicated quickly and clearly, was reliable, knowledgeable, and did was so good with my elderly beagle. I highly recommend Julia and will definitely book her again.

Julia did an amazing job with our dog Daisy. She gave Daisy lots of love and attention. I never worried about Daisy while we were away. Julia kept us updated through texts and even sent pictures. I would highly recommend using Julia as a pet sitter.

Schedule
I have plenty of time to work and play with your pets. My schedule is fairly flexible and I can make arrangements as needed, but I do work, so dogs that are house or crate trained enough to be alone for 4 hours would be best. I am also open to helping with training initiatives.

Safety, trust & environment
I recommend adding as much structure to their day as possible. Waking up, eating, and playing at the same time and intervals helps your dog know what to expect.
Pets
A typical day
I love working training and play into all of my sessions. For high energy dogs I highly recommend visiting local parks and hiking trails. Mental stimulation and games are recommended as well.
