This allows me to spend more time with pets throughout the day rather than leaving them alone for long periods. Julia was so great with our Nala! The minute Nala met Julia they were buddies. We were updated daily on how Nala was doing. Highly Recommend! Communication was Awesome!
Julia took care of our 8 month old lab puppy for a week in our home and our dog adjusted with her great. Our dog is HIGH energy and jumpy and she managed it great. Our dog was happy and looked great when we got back.
Julia was a fantastic fit for our family! Excellent communication, my dogs loved her and they were happy and calm when I returned.
Julia has watched our four dogs in the past and has shown them care and adhere to our rules about walking them and what dog needs what food due to their diet. Always pleased with her service and would recommend her.
I had found julia in our neighborhood a couple of years ago. I saw how friendly and loving she was to her own pets, so I had asked upon if she ever thought about watching or talking pets on a walk. Then I informed her that I am going out of town for a week and if she if willing to pet sick while getting paid, while she was doing this she did an amazing job and now my animals have a wonderful connection with her and love to see her whenever she’s around the neighborhood. I am glad I found someone I was able to trust someone while gaining knowledge of how much work ethics she has with caring for dogs!

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work from home and have a flexible schedule. This allows me to give pets consistent attention throughout the day, including feeding, walks, playtime, and bathroom breaks. I enjoy taking short breaks to spend time with pets, making sure they get exercise, stimulation, and companionship. Since I’m home most of the day, I’m able to keep a close eye on them and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for.

When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow the owner’s instructions closely for feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care. I make sure pets always have fresh water, a clean environment, and plenty of attention and affection. For cats, I keep litter boxes clean and give them calm interaction or play depending on their personality. I also pay attention to their behavior and well-being so I can quickly notice if anything seems unusual. My goal is to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away.

A typical day
I like to keep pets happy, active, and mentally stimulated while they’re in my care. For dogs, I enjoy going on walks, playing fetch, tug-of-war, and giving them plenty of outdoor time and attention. For cats, I like to use interactive toys like feather wands or laser pointers, play games, and give them gentle affection or brushing if they enjoy it. I also make sure they get calm relaxation time so they feel comfortable and safe. I adjust activities based on each pet’s personality, age, and energy level.
