Howdy! My name is Julia Schmidt and I am a 30 year old animal lover! I've owned pets all my life, from horses, to parakeets, to dogs, to cats! Animals have played a huge role in my life since before I could remember. To me, pets are family, they are not just animals. Because of this, I take great pride in the way that I care for them and have very high standards for doing so. I am very active and love taking dogs for walks and runs, even hiking and swimming! I could go for miles and miles and never get tired as long as I have a rambunctious pup with me! I also love just hanging out and relaxing with our beloved dogs. In addition to walking furry friends, I am also available for house sitting and drop in visits! I work remotely, so as long as you have wifi, I can spend all the time in the world with your animals, both during the week, and on weekends!

Julia came in for us in a pinch!! I literally had two days left to find someone before my out patient surgery and she did a wonderful job sitting our 2 fur babies. They are 1.5 yrs old mini doxies and this was their first time being left at home with anyone but us. She came over to do a meet and greet and they really took to her! She sent pictures throughout the day and her calm and soft spoken demeanor made them calm and us too!! She is such a go with the flow cool person! I highly recommend Julia!!

Julia was able to watch our dog and cat at the last minute due to a cancellation. She was so accommodating and able to meet us and our pets right away. When we first met her, she took the time to get to know us and thoroughly cover all of our care instructions While we were away, she took excellent care of our two guys. Our dog loved the extra walks that she took him on each day, and our cat who is very shy even warmed up to her. I really appreciated all the updates that she sent throughout the day while we were away. She also left our house in perfect condition! I would absolutely recommend her and would definitely rebook her in the future.
