I work from home so I am available all day and night excluding of course picking up kids and family activities. We have 4 daughters, 2 of which have graduated high school and in college, 1 going into high school and a 9 year old. They have all had extensive experience with many animals and been involved with agriculture in their middle and high schools.

About Julia & Rory J.
Safety, trust & environment
We presently have 2 cats (one of which is fully outdoor and one that comes in at night to sleep). We understand that many individuals have cats that are fully indoor and we have ample space, beds and furniture for your cat to feel comfortable. We are also BIG dog people and missing our sweet pit bull. We have a great neighborhood for taking walks, a 1 acre fully fenced yard for running and playing in. We will keep all cats indoors at all times. We will have any animals that stay with us in our home at night and have dogs go out frequently to play.

We cannot take any aggressive dogs since we have a 9 year old in the home. Timid or shy pets we can do. Active and full of energy pets we can care for as well.
A typical day
We have a walkable community for daily walks, plenty of dog parks close by as well as 1 acre of land for your animal to enjoy. We have stimulating toys and will play frisbee or catch.

Pet care experience
I grew up on a farm with many animals. We have raised our girls with many pets including: chickens, bunnies, several foster and adopted dogs, and rescuing cats that would have been euthanized to live on our farm. We have 1 acre of fully fenced yard in a cozy community. We recently had to put down our sweet pit bull and are looking to opening up our homes to care for others pets at this time. We have a lot of love to give and would appreciate your consideration.

Julia and her family took the best care of my dog! Our knucklehead of a dog came home very happy and was treated so well! She was welcomed in as part of the family immediately. She was walked daily and loved just like she was their own.

We recently hired Julia’s daughter, Belle’ to come to our home and care for our Doberman Sierra and our cat Mae while my husband and I enjoyed an 8 day cruise with our children and grandchildren. We have known Julia and her family for several years and know them to be kind, compassionate, capable, and extremely dependable people. Our dog was experiencing some health issues at the time and Belle was kind enough to care for her by giving her medication daily and seeing to her comfort. Belle was so sweet and attentive to both our pets and helped them to be less anxious with our absence. She was kind and patient with Sierra and kept us up to date on our pets while we were away. I recommend Julia Johnson as well as her family without hesitation to be added to your pool of pet caregivers. You won’t be disappointed.
