A typical day in my cat sitting routine begins with a warm greeting for your furry companions. I start by checking on their food and water bowls, ensuring they have fresh supplies. Then, it's playtime! Whether it's chasing feather toys, batting around a toy mouse, or engaging in interactive games, I always make sure to provide stimulating activities to keep their minds and bodies active. After playtime, it's time for feeding, where I carefully follow any dietary instructions you've provided. I also take this opportunity to administer any medications if needed, ensuring your cats' health needs are met. After that, I spend quality time with your cats, offering cuddles, chin scratches, and gentle grooming session, if required. In between pet care, I attend to any household tasks you've requested, such as bringing in the mail, watering plants, or performing light cleaning duties to maintain the home's cleanliness and security. I also send you regular updates, complete with photos and videos, so you can see firsthand how your furry friends are doing and feel connected to them while you're away!

Hello, I’m Julia! 🐾 I’m in my early-30s, live in Hackney and co-own an audio recording studio based in Dalston. When I'm not cat-sitting, I work as a production freelancer in the film and video industry and am often getting involved in a variety of creative projects. I have always had a cat growing up (lived with 6 fluff-balls at one point!). I adore cats and have been known to be something of a 'cat-whisperer' since I was a child. I am the kind of person who stops by every cat on the street to have a chat with them. :) I am a proud cat-parent of a beautiful and very fluffy 2 year-old ginger boy, Leo! He was raised with lots of affection is now a very clingy and loud kitty who loves people and attention. He is an outdoor/indoor cat, so I am used to looking after the kitties who need a little extra attention and some exercise outdoors. SERVICES❗️ 🔹 I can visit your kitty-cat(s) once, twice or overnight! Min stay 30-40min. 🔹 Happy to do feeding and water changes, litter-cleaning, tidying up after the kitty, administering oral medication and injections with proper instruction, as I have experience looking after cats with special needs. 🔹 I can also collect your mail, accept deliveries, open and close windows/curtains and leave the lights on/off - if requested. 🔹 Your cats are guaranteed playtime, cuddles and personalised approach to every furry Client. I will feed and water your kitty-cat and make sure it has lots of attention, play-time, strokes and treats! 🔹 I understand how much us cat owners can miss our babies when we're away from them, so I will send you daily updates with photos and videos! 📷 ❓ CAN YOU ADMINISTER MEDICATION/INJECTIONS? 🩺 Yes! My family and I have owned and helped street cats our whole lives, and over the years we had to help some poorly kitties, so we’ve experienced a fair share of minor injuries as well as serious illnesses. I used to own an adorable older cat who was diabetic, had brain tumour and serious heart murmur. I adopted him from my ex-landlady who could no longer care for him and his special needs. The cat had a few surgeries, required a strict diet, and 2 daily injections of insulin for a few years years – he passed away at the age of 16, but I know I did everything in my power to prolong his life and make it happy and comfortable. I am comfortable with changing bandages, wound cleaning, administering oral medication and post-op recovery.
