I have grown up with pets and have been an animal lover my whole life. I currently have two of my own furbabies, my cuddly, intelligent 9 year old cat and my 65 pound energetic and sweet husky. Because of this, I have lots of experience with both cats and dogs (even energetic and reactive dogs). I work from home, so I have flexible availability. My fiancé also often helps me with pet care. In the summer, he tends to have have more availability than me. I offer dog walking services and pet-sitting. I will also make sure to send you many photos of and updates about your pet(s). Julia watched our dog Ella for a week while we were on vacation and she had an amazing time! We got frequent updates and pictures, Ella got along really well with Julia's pets, and she was taken on lots of on fun outings. We were happy that Ella had a little vacation of her own while we were away. We will definitely be using Julia's services in the future and would recommend her to family and friends.
This was our first time in Rover and we had no idea what to expect. Julia was amazing and assured us that Luna would be in good hands. She welcomed us into her home and showed us Luna’s living space for the next couple of days. The frequent updates, pictures, along with her flexibility make Julia a high recommended dog sitter. I would definitely go back to her!

My cats had the most amazing time with Julia. Throughout the time I was away, Julia kept me updated with daily messages and even sent adorable pictures of my cat, which reassured me that everything was going well. It truly put my mind at ease knowing that my furry friend was in such capable and caring hands.

Schedule
As mentioned earlier, my schedule is currently quite flexible. My fiancé also helps with pet care. Please confirm with me the specific dates/times since my schedule varies slightly. I offer dog walking (30 mins and 60 mins) and pet-sitting.

Safety, trust & environment
I have lots of experience with taking care of cats and dogs. I live in a home with two friendly pets who can keep your pet company if yours is good with other animals. I’m also comfortable feeding, filling water, and administering medication to animals when needed. Please let me know if your pet has any allergies/dietary restrictions. Please note that for boarding stays that are over 3 nights, a one night trial run is required beforehand just to make sure that it’s a good fit for both of us. This would be at a discounted rate of $30 for the one night. Thank you!

A typical day
I think it’s important for dogs to be stimulated physically and mentally, so I provide dog walks and when pet sitting we have games such as dog puzzles that help stimulate a dog mentally (and this also helps tire them out).
