Julia R. cancelled a booking 2 days before it was scheduled to begin.
Julia and I had some communication issues but we resolved them and it was a learning experience for her as she is just starting out with Rover. She was very communicative and the pets were well cared for. I’ve used Rover a few times in the past, and as a reminder to all pet owners, I’d leave a note with specific instructions bc our note for feeding instructions was misread. A simple mistake, and Julia made it right.
