I’m so happy I asked them to take care of Nancy! I feel like I’ve finally found the people I can always trust whenever we travel. They followed Nancy’s little routines so sweetly, from brushing always followed by playtime as a reward, to her extra-watered food slurping, and even adjusting her little tent made of pillows. They were also happy to take care of my extra requests. I received plenty of photos, videos and updates which made me feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely ask them again next time! And the extra special thing is that they live in the same building as we do – it really feels like a bond. My husband and I live with Nancy, and we were bringing our moms over from abroad for a little London trip. Because of that, they even vacuumed up the cat litter to make sure the apartment was nice and tidy, without me even asking. They are wonderful. 💛 I’m greatful thank you guys 🙏🐾💛

Julia took such great care of my 6 month old Maltipoo Coco. She was super attentive to her needs and well-prepared to take on a young and playful pup at daycare for the first time. I received many pictures and videos throughout the day. It is obvious that Julia and her partner are incredibly passionate about taking the greatest of care of our fur babies. Coco came home very happy and satisfied with her day out. I would’nt hesitate to entrust Coco with them again, and I highly recommend everyone to use Julia’s pet-sitting services - she is wonderful!

We left our 3-month-old Pomeranian, Lilly, with Thais and Julia for the day and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were amazing—sending us updates and adorable photos throughout the day, taking her for a walk, and treating her like she was part of their own family. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was in such loving and capable hands. We’ll definitely be trusting them with Lilly again anytime we need a pet sitter!

Julia and Thais are simply outstanding! I have 2 pomeranians and left them multiple times in the care of Julia and Thais (once for a period of 10 days), and I couldn’t be happier with them. My dogs are my babies and I used to be constantly worried about going on trips without them and leaving them with someone else, but Julia and Thais couldn’t be more perfect for the job. Not only they take extra care when taking them on their daily walks, for example (e.g., are mindful of bigger dogs out of leash and etc.), but they also check in with us regarding their food habits and any other potential matters (for instance, one of my dogs doesn’t know how to go up and down the sofa and has an increased risk of injuring herself due to a health condition, and they even carry her up and down the stairs - if any - and the sofa. So mindful!). You can see they are truly dog people and absolutely love and care for them. They also send us pictures and videos of the dogs living their best lives with them. They even administered medicine once when needed (because I had to leave one of my dogs recovering from a femur injury with them, with medicine to be administered at specific times) and everything went down smoothly. The dogs and I absolutely love them and I would recommend them to everyone that deeply care about their little fur babies. I sometimes think the dogs like them better than me hahaha They are the only people with whom I’ve ever left my dogs that make my heart at ease, because I know my dogs are in the best possible care.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Thais & Julia to look after my dog Gregorio for three days, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We met before and had a chat about his diet, times and routine, and what makes him happy (cuddles and playing with his favourite toy). They were super attentive and clearly passionate about animals. They kept me updated daily with messages and photos, which gave me such peace of mind. It was clear that Greg was not only well cared for but genuinely happy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring sitter who will treat your pet like family!
