That included the senior years, so I'm well versed in the extra attention older pets need, from slower walks and joint care to keeping a steady routine. I'm also comfortable giving medications to both dogs and cats, whether that's pills, liquids, or injections, and I'm happy to follow whatever regimen you have in place. After recently losing my dog, I've realized how much I miss having animals around, and I'd love to spend time with yours. I'll treat your pets like my own, with plenty of patience, affection, and regular updates so you can relax while you're away.

Julia is an amazing and responsible pet caregiver. She took care of my sister's dog bear. Bear is a large dog with some behavioral issues such as aggression towards other dogs. Julia was able to keep bear and other animals safe while under her care. I would place any and all pets in her care any time and cannot say enough good things about Julia's ability to care for pets.

Schedule
A typical day for me: I work full time, Monday through Friday from 8 to 5, mostly from home. That means I'm around during the day and have some flexibility in the afternoons, so I can be available for midday check-ins, walks, or medication schedules. The exception is Thursdays, when I'm in the office all day in LA. I'm mainly looking for evening and weekend bookings, but I'm happy to talk through what your pet needs and see if we can make the timing work.

My home: Your pet's safety is my top priority. My home has a fully fenced backyard, so dogs have a secure space to stretch their legs, and there's a dog park right on site for extra playtime and socializing. The house stays locked at all times, and I have room for kennels if your pet needs a designated space to rest or feel secure.
