Your Pets Home Away From Home
We recently lost our beloved dog at the age of 16yrs. We are not yet ready to commit to getting a new dog but enjoy filling the gap looking after friends dogs. So we decided to branch out on here to offer help to others. We have pet insurance in place.

Julia took excellent care of our nervous dog. She was so happy and relaxed and seems to have made herself completely at home which was lovely to see.
Thank you so much Julia. My dog is a rescue and can be quite anxious in new situation, and it was Otis's first overnight stay. Julia and Mark were fantastic. Julia kept me updated with phots and texts, so we were able to relax and not worry about him. When we picked him up you could see that he had really enjoyed there company. Would highly recommend Julia, and will be using her again.
We needed a sitter for our 10 year old Shih Tzu (Betsy) at very short notice and we chose Julia M, or should I say our dog chose Julia. When my wife brought her around for a meet up, she said Betsy appeared instantly relaxed and went into her home as if she was a good friend. We got updates when we were away about how Betsy was doing and then the pick up was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend.

Julia had my dog, Dexter, to stay with her for a week at the start of October 2025. She had never met Dexter before and instantly put him at ease. She knew instinctively what to do to make him feel at home. I had daily updates with photos and I could see how happy he was with Julia. He is such a mummy's boy and I was so reassured (and slightly betrayed) that he seemed to form a very quick bond with Julia, she is a natural dog whisperer! Normally after I've been away he is extra clingy when I come home, not this time. He was relaxed and I felt so comforted that he had been so well cared for. I recommend Julia without any reservation.

Programa
I work both at the office and at home and can be flexible. Any dog would not be left for more than 3 to 4 hours. My partner Mark works 5 minutes away from home and is also flexible to be around.

Seguridad, confianza y entorno
Dogs are kept in a large lounge area. They are allowed upstairs when we are home. There is a large cat flap if your dog is used to using one leading to a medium size garden. We live near the beach and a park.
Un día normal
We would offer your dog whatever stimulation you request. We are used to dogs of all ages and will follow any instructions as required. We enjoy walks to the beach or to the downs.
