Availability
As a student athlete at UND, my schedule during the day is quite packed so if your baby needs more frequent breaks, I’m unfortunately not the best fit. However in the mornings and evenings I will make sure they get all the love and activity they can handle!

Safety, trust & environment
I believe in leaving a space better than I found it. If you trust me enough to leave your baby in my care, I will make sure that care is too notch. I make sure to clean up after myself and the pup, in or out of the house. I also LOVE taking pictures so you can stay in the loop
Information Julia M. would like to know about your pet
Please just give me a heads up on any quirks that could come up or any special needs. I am happy to accommodate for the things I am aware of
A typical day
My activities will be based on the energy level of the dog. If it’s a smaller dog or a senior I’ll stick to a shorter, easy walk. With puppies I like to leave a little time in the end for some training and reinforcement. For large and high energy breeds I’ll usually go off the owner’s recommendation. I’m training for a 5k right now so I have no issue taking your pup on a run or a long, long walk.

Pet care experience
I’m currently a shift lead at Journey Home and have been volunteering there for about 2 years. Because of my time there I am comfortable administering medication, working with reactive/selective animals, and I can read body language well. I also have my own senior boy back home, he needs some special care when it comes to activity and food so I have no issue making sure your fur baby gets the care they need!
Cat care experience

Julia also cares for cats. Learn about their cat-specific care experience.
Reviews

Thank you, Julia for taking great care of our fur babies and house again! Everyone was very happy and well cared for! We appreciate you and highly recommend you!

I have had Julia care for my babies several times. Again she did a great job. She does very well especially with my handicapped cat. I don’t have to worry about them when I am gone. She keeps in contact throughout the stay and leaves the house exactly as she found it. Highly recommend Julia!

Julia does a great job with our three pups!

My cat is pretty easy going but I was nervous leaving her for vacation! Julia sent periodic updates which were appreciated and didn’t mind the cat yelling at her for food and treats. I would book with Julia again.
