Steve Irwin wannabe in San Diego!
From dogs and cats, to chinchillas, rabbits, and fish, I grew up surrounded by animals. This allows me to have many years of experience of animal care. For the past 10 years I’ve had 3 dogs who I adore and multiple cats. Constantly taking them on walks and juggling 3 leashes, I know what it’s like to multi task. I always help family and friends with their animals when needed and go home to my 14 lb cat at the end of the day. I truly love all animals and wanted to be a veterinarian for a long time. I love to run so I will happily go on runs with a furry friend if needed or I’ll even just throw them a ball or take an easy stroll. No matter what type of dog or cat you have, I promise to treat them like they are my own!

Safety, trust & environment
I do not offer pet care in my own home personally due to living with another dog, but when I go over to take care of your furry friend, I generally spend most of the time outside with them. Whether it’s playing fetch or even taking them to the park for a run, I keep animals very active.

Julia has been absolutely amazing with Penny! She took her on the longest walk while I was busy with work, and Penny came back happy, tired, and ready for bed, she loved every second. Julia has also stayed with Penny for a few days, sending constant updates and pictures which eases my mind. She is always making sure Penny never feels alone. She even lets her snuggle and be spoiled, which Penny absolutely adores. I can’t recommend Julia enough and will definitely be booking more walks and stays with her in the future!

Julia’s love runs deep for everyone around her, but especially animals. Animals from the ocean to the animals in her home, she gives them never-ending love & always makes sure they know that!
Julia is extremely responsible and caring. She grew up with three dogs and cats. She was walking the dogs and took care of them regularly. She also was doing dog sitting many times in Kansas City while the owner was away from home. I would definitely entrust any dogs to her. She would be the best dog sitter or dog walker you ever had.
Julia is a kind and compassionate person who loves animals. She has had many pets throughout her life and knows how to care for animals. She has a big heart and a passion for taking care of animals. She would be a great fit for rover because she is responsible, punctual, gentle and loving to animals. She will go out of her way to make sure that the pets needs are being met and the pets will love her.

Schedule
Currently a professional sports and freelance photographer, I am my own boss. This means my flexibility is high and I am able to care for pets more than someone with a 9-5. I love being active so going for walks is a perfect to my schedule.
