I have been around animals my whole life, growing up with a farm family. I have experience pet sitting multiple dogs, cats, rabbits, farm animals, and some reptiles and fish. I volunteered at animals shelters growing up, and I used to be a veterinary technician, so I have experience taking care of animals medically as well. I can help train any new pets, administer medications, rehab, and senior care. I will do house sits, but I do not stay the night.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet's safety is my first priority, whether they are kenneled, confined to a room, or you have a fenced in yard, I will make sure they are safe and can't escape, and I always leash any dog that does not have a fenced in yard for everyone's safety. I like for pets to have a clean and safe environment when their owner is not home, so any sort of clean up that needs done I do not mind doing.

Julia was great, very professional and she was able to accommodate a fairly last minute booking of twice daily drop-in visits over a week for my diabetic cat Pam who needs 2 shots a day of insulin. This was my first time hiring a sitter through Rover and it was such a relief being able to relax on my vacation knowing my cat was getting her meds on time and being taken care of by someone who knows what they’re doing. She is also very responsive and sent updates on my cat and how she was doing with pictures after every visit so I always looked forward to my daily Pam pics. Would definitely recommend her!
Julia is seriously amazing! We left for just about two weeks. Our parents were displaced during the Spokane Complex fires and we had them stay at our place. We decided to keep Julia on so they didn’t have to worry about the cats as they are elderly cats with health issues. My parents raved about her! We already knew she was great but we can tell she cares and as I said before our cats can be difficult. Julia is worth every cent!
Julia was very kind and communicative. We received lots of photos and the dogs were very happy!

I have open availability to check on your pets throughout the day if you're on vacation, or maybe just for a quick walk while you're at work.

- Let me know of any special needs and behaviors of your pets, their likes and dislikes, and if they (or anyone in the household) have allergies- like to treats, peanut butter, etc. I also would like to know their routine/schedule so I can keep it the same. I offer free meet and greets so you can show me their routine and make their time with me as comfortable and stress free as possible.
