From Colorado, love the outdoors and cuddling with puppies and kitties alike! First puppy was a labradoodle; I was the primary caretaker and dog walker growing up. I have worked with dogs of all sizes since, whether it be neighbors dogs, friends pets, or in shows where I have to handle animals. I have experience with giving dogs pills or medication (rolled up in cheese/meat), long walks, specially formulated foods, baths, grooming/brushing, picking up LOTS of poop and barf (hey it happens) and adhering to scheduled feeding times. I can be stern if the animal misbehaves but loving and understanding of their personalities and limits. A great house sitter and can help clean and take care of plants and clean up animals toys/pet hair. Special skills include singing, dancing, and serenading people and furry animals on the guitar!

At clients’ homes, just be sure to give me thorough directions, references and contacts in case of an emergency or to answer any questions. If an animal has any health updates I would love to collaborate and know ahead of the booking so their stay is comfortable! Please also inform me of ample walking paths / important safety information of surrounding neighborhoods.

Had a freak power outage while Julia was bringing Birdie back home after a walk. She went above and beyond to try to solve/ alert Rover support to let me know. Julia has a great connection with dogs. I had three and each had a unique relationship with her. She’s like the Mary Poppins of dogs. She’s practically perfect in every way.:)

Julia absolutely loves dogs and would be a great caregiver and dog walker. Every time she sees a dog she just smiles and wants to pet them and say hello. She would be very responsible and reliable.

Schedule
I’m currently working a full time job starting early March, but I am flexible for night time visits and walks during the week and check ins/house sitting on weekends.

- Would like to be informed if the dog or cat is aggressive in nature or has separation anxiety. I’m comfortable with any breed as long as long as I’m aware of their stressors and limitations.
