I freelance full-time, so I can adjust my schedule to suit your pet's needs as required. I can make adjustments to my schedule provided I have enough of a heads-up, all you have to do is ask!

Please note: 🔸 I typically walk one dog at a time, unless they're from the same household. 🔸 I will always keep your fur-baby on the leash until we have established trust and are in a safe, enclosed space (eg. a dog park). He/she will stay on the leash for the first few walks until I feel comfortable letting them off. This is, of course, at your discretion. 🔸 I promise to feed, play and watch your fur-baby as if he/she were my own. 🔸 I can provide you with my most recent DBS check, for your peace of mind.

Please let me know your dog's and/or cat's preferences and schedule beforehand so that I can provide the best possible care. I will need their feeding schedule, vets details and any medical requirements, if there are any. An initial meet and greet is best, but if your schedule doesn't allow it, we can arrange a video call where we can go through any important information I may need to know about your furry friend :)
A typical day
Drop-in Visits: I am available for all cat-sitting and dog-walking duties, ranging from meal-time and tidying up (cleaning & changing water bowls, cleaning out litter trays etc.) to engaging in playful activities and giving your fur-baby lots of cuddles! I always read instructions very carefully, as cats & dogs alike love and thrive on having a routine, that I will make sure is followed (I believe routine is very important!). In addition, I offer plant watering services as I’m a plant enthusiast myself! I’ll make sure not to overwater them and follow your schedule as normal. Also, as required, I can switch lights on/off, take in your mail to a safe place, and generally make your home appear occupied while you’re on holiday. Dog Walking: I will be picking up your pup at our pre-arranged time. During our walk, I will take them along your preferred route (please let me know in advance if you have a preference). I live near both Waterlow Park and Hampstead Heath so we can also go for long walks, explore and go for a run, depending on your pup's energy levels & social meter. I will provide lots of exercise for your dog as well as mental stimulation. We can practise & learn new commands. As they display good behaviour, I’ll be sure to reward them with praise, gentle petting, and treats that you have kindly supplied :) Rest assured, your dog will have a wonderful and enjoyable experience during our time together!

Hey! I'm Jules :) I have many years of experience caring for dogs and cats from young puppies to older seniors. I do regular pet sitting for family and friends (yes, I am THAT friend!), and am now looking to offer more options to others who need a friendly and reliable pet lover to look after their beloved family member. Growing up, we have always had dogs (my father has a thing for toy terriers!), and when coupled with his affinity to save all the stray cats he sees, the house was very rarely quiet growing up and I grew to love everything that is furry and moves!

Julia has been an awesome cat sitter for us. She took great care of our cat and maintained the related stuff in the house very well. She's been thorough and detailed on her updates even when there's not much to say about it. I've come back home to find our cat well attended and sleeping on the couch as opposed to waiting for cues by the door. A big recommend!
