Lifelong animal lover and caretaker
I grew up on a working ranch surrounded by dogs, cats, and animals of all kinds, so I’m comfortable with pets of every size and temperament. I spent several years on Wag boarding and walking dogs of all ages and care needs, from energetic puppies to older dogs. I recently lost my chihuahua of 14 years, and I’d love to have dogs back in my life. I’m also a trail runner and would love to take any high energy dogs on a run!

Julia is a great dog sitter! She's a true animal lover, and she has lots of experience caring for pets (cats and dogs). She's great with everyone from the really active dogs to the couch potatoes. I'd highly recommend her.
Julia is great with animals! She's spent her whole life surrounded by them, big and small, and loves to care for all her furry friends. She grew up with many animals and knows about the responsibility and love animals require. I've known her as a loving Chihuahua parent - they had a truly special bond and she loved to either bring her on adventures or hang out on the couch at home. Julia also loves cats, specifically my cats, and they love her. She would be great on Rover, I would let her watch my animals in a heart beat and pet owners should feel safe knowing their furry friends are in her care.

Schedule
I currently mostly work from home as I’m finishing writing my thesis so I’m able to easily fit pets into my schedule and their various needs. I also love going for walks already so I might as well have a dog with me!

Safety, trust & environment
I don’t have any other pets, so your dog gets my full attention. I live in a pet-friendly apartment building with great walking routes nearby. I keep a close eye on pets at all times, follow your feeding and medication routines exactly, and send regular photo updates so you know how your pup is doing
A typical day
Every day includes multiple walks, playtime, and plenty of cuddles. I tailor the day to your dog’s energy level. For active dogs I’m happy to do long walks or even trail runs, and for seniors or lowkey pups more gentle strolls and lots of time on the couch together. I can stick to your pet’s normal schedule for meals and rest so they feel at home
