We always had dogs growing up, but most importantly, I had my own little boy, Bob. Very sadly, I lost him a couple of years ago. I had Bob from a tiny puppy and he lived up until 16, so I have the experience of having looked after him at all stages of his life. I am very sensitive to the needs and signs dogs give off and want to always make sure they’re relaxed and as comfortable as possible in their environment. I’ll stick to any instructions given. No problem with administering meds either. (Top tip: liver paste for pills!!)

I don't know anyone that loves dogs more than Julia Grant. I mean that most sincerley. She's so caring it's almost annoying save for the fact that I love dogs almost as much. I'd trust her with my pooch more than anyone else in the world. Hope that makes everything clear?
Julia stayed at our home while we were away for a few days. She kept our dog’s routine going as normal, sent us little updates and photos so we never had to worry, and took a real interest in what our dog liked and disliked which was reassuring. We came home to a happy, settled dog and a home that looked exactly as we’d left it. We’d happily have Julia back any time, and we recommend her to anyone who wants a reliable sitter!
Julia is a true dog and animal lover. She gave her own dog, Bob so much love and affection throughout his 16 years and I would never hesitate in asking her to care for any pet of mine. Phil.

Schedule
I work from home during the week (10-6pm), although my times are flexible and I can work around the needs of a dog. I don’t work weekends.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a two bedroom flat, where I lived with my Jack Russell x Toy Poodle. We often had doggy visitors, occasionally for sleepovers and they all seemed to like it! Nice chair by the window for dogs who like a view. Dogs who are allowed on the furniture in their own homes are completely fine to be on the furniture here and make themselves at home. The kitchen floors is vinyl, but I have rugs for older dogs with slippy paws. I’m on the second floor, but fine to carry a dog up/down the stairs if required. Garden out back, beach out front and woodland walks either side!
