I had to ask every time for updates on my dog — she never sent any on her own. Not the experience I expected from a pet sitting service.
We couldn't have asked for a better first experience for our Mira! She's still a bit shy and nervous around new people, so we were worried about how she'd handle it — but Julia was absolutely wonderful with her. She took the time to help Mira feel safe and comfortable, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making sure Mira enjoyed herself. Thank you!
