My spouse and I both work from home most of the time M-F and have a lot of flexibility. This gives us time for short walks, potty breaks, and ear scratching! We have two kids who have grown up around dogs and enjoy meeting new furry friends.

Our 13 year old dog Otis passed away in June 2025. Because he enjoyed napping, we have historically cared for medium to low energy dogs. In September 2025 we adopted a new puppy, Rodney who is very calm and well-mannered for his age. Our house is on a quiet street with a fenced yard. It’s a two story house and there are a few steps to enter/exit the house.

A typical day
We usually have time for walks or playing fetch in the back yard. Kids enjoying snuggling on the couch with dogs in the evenings or weekends.

Pet care experience
We are a dog-loving family looking to make friends with new pups! I have watched dogs occasionally for friends and family over the years. I’ve cared for aging dogs needing medications and quiet time, as well as active young puppies needing lots of play time.
