I recently moved to Texas and have been taking care of dogs full time. Because of this I create my own schedule for the week and have a very flexible schedule each week!

Safety of my own pets and others is very important to me and I am very cautious of safety of my pets in my family home, and the dogs that I care for. Making sure that both the owner and pet feel safe and well cared for is always my first priority! Advocating for your dogs’ needs is very important to me, so any additional information you can provide on your pet is always helpful so that I can care for them the best way possible, and keep other dogs safe as well. I know that each dog and owner is unique so I do my best to care for your pet as you do at home and follow any instructions that you have for me on what your dog needs.

A typical day
I love to go on long walks where I live by the water ,and in new neighborhoods. Getting out a dogs energy is really important (especially for puppies) so I make sure to have lots of play time and enrichment with them. Where there are dog safe areas like in an apartment dog parks or in your backyard, I enjoy working on training or simple commands that pets are working on in addition to play time outside.

Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs and cats my entire life and love being around them. Taking care of them has always been a part of my life so I am used to being on a routine with animals. I have two dogs at home both different ages since they were puppies so I am used to the energy that puppies and bigger dogs have to get out.

I’m so glad I found Julia! She was very communicative and keeps my 2 dogs great company while I’m at work. She is very attentive to the different types of energies and needs that my dogs have which is so great. I will be using her again definitely!
