We have a lot of experience with senior dogs and understand how much time and attention they require. We love showering them with attention and making them feel secure. We also enjoy walks very much too, so we welcome a non-senior who is more active to help us get our steps in for the day!

I have a pretty reactive dog and Julie was amazing with her. She understands dogs when they have quirks and need to be loved in a special way. I totally felt safe leaving my Nanie girl with her, she made her feel totally at home, snuggling with her on the couch, taking her on long walks, and her big backyard is a huge plus! Loved seeing her lay outside in the sun.

Schedule
I work from home 3 days a week and my husband works from home full time. I work 5 minutes from my house and when I am sitting I often go home for lunch. The dog will be outside, weather permitting, every 2 - 3 hours whether it's with me or my husband.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fully fenced yard and a doggy door. We are very dog centered and don't mind them on our couch (which is covered) and our bed if the dog is used to that. We do prefer the dog to sleep on the loveseat at the end of the bed, or in their own bed but do allow them on the bed if that's what they need. We know being separated from you is hard on them. We adhere strictly to requests regarding feeding and treats, and we also try to maintain the same schedule they have with you regarding walks. Whenever the dog is not within the fenced back yard, they will be on a leash.
