WFH with lots of love to give
I've been obsessed with animals, especially dogs since I can remember. My first job was walking my neighbours dog at 12 and we finally got a family dog when I was 15. I had a sweet kitty for years, I fostered dogs for a couple years from all sorts of situations, and I currently have a 12 year old lab mix who I raised from a puppy. I have puppy & senior experience so everything from training to medication administering :)

If you would like someone to continuously praise, hug , cuddle and kiss your dog, Julia is the girl for your pup! Respectfully, of course, not without the appropriate consent of the tail wag. Julia may be embarrassed by this, but she is a dog nerd. Some girls are horse girls, not Julia, she was a dog girl. Dog posters, like dog knick knacks, the whole nine yards. She has grown up; so she now only has one tasteful dog statue in her living room.
Julia is wonderful and reliable dog-sitter! She is one of the only people I trust with my sensitive and shy rescue pup. My dog is always excited to see her and is comfortable in her home. Julia always sends me updates and photos, so I never have to worry about how things are going. It is clear that my dog is loved and cared for deeply while in Julia's home.
Julia is an amazing dog mom and lover of all animals. She has taken care of my dog Rosie many times over the years and I know I can always count on her to prioritize my dogs needs - walks, cuddles, comfort and security. She has immense knowledge of dog behaviours, breeds and care needs. Her own dog Finn is the calmest, most gentle and loving dog I’ve ever known which is a true testament to her character as an owner. Julia provides lots of updates and reassurance when your pet is in her care and will treat any animal with the same love she would her own dog.

Schedule
I work from home so I'm available to stay with a pet all day and go for potty breaks and long lunch time walks. I would be open to dog walking if it's in the neighbourhood!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in yard, a park behind my house and am open to crating as well. Dog friendly home as I have a senior gal so they are allowed anywhere in the house & on the furniture.

Lots of walks, I have big park near my house! Also some backyard fun & tons of cuddles. We can do some treat training too.

- I have a senior dog & 6 year who daughter who goes to school during the day but is home in the evenings. Their safety is the most important so not open to reactive dogs or dog with aggression or resource guarding tendencies. If my weekends aren't available, it usually means I'm heading off to my cottage. I am open to bring your pup too if you don't mind them travelling but understand that's not for everyone!
