Hi! I’m Julia! I am a lifelong animal lover with a strong background in caring for both dogs and cats. I grew up on a farm in Brazil, surrounded by animals, and I’ve been around pets my whole life. I have hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, including puppies under 4 months old, and understand the patience, responsibility, and energy it takes to keep them happy and healthy. I offer both dog walking and pet sitting services, and I truly enjoy what I do. Whether it's a high-energy pup who loves long walks or a senior cat who just needs some gentle company, I adapt my care to fit your pet's unique personality and needs. Thanks to the flexibility of my work, I’m available on weekdays and weekends — mornings, afternoons, or evenings — and can usually adjust to what works best for you and your pet. Julia was absolutely fabulous with my two dogs Nugget and Archie. She took care of them for 6 days which is longer than I’ve ever been away from them. She was attentive, communicative, and followed their protocols to a T. I came home to a clean house and happy dogs and could not be more pleased with her care. I will absolutely recommend her to anyone seeking great care for their pets and home. She even left me some Polaroid pictures she took of them which was the sweetest gesture!!

Julia was absolutely amazing with our eight year old pitbull, Moose!! It was obvious that Moose was comfortable with Julia from the get go. She sent many pictures and checked in with us daily. Julia took Moose on many fun adventures during his stay…he was tired out when he came home! I highly recommend Julia and feel lucky to have found her.
Julia has been really good with my dog Amy. Amy tends to be reactive towards other dogs and also has a history of abuse. Julia has been so sensitive to her. You can tell she is a real dog lover. I would strongly recommend using her services.

Schedule
I work from home, which allows me to be around most of the day to care for and spend time with your pet. While I’m usually busier between 3 PM and 5 PM, I’m available in the mornings, early afternoons, and evenings — and I always make sure your pet gets the love and attention they need throughout the day. My wife also lives with me and has a different schedule, so between the two of us, your pet will rarely be alone. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or snuggles, there’s almost always someone home to keep them company!

I live in a spacious apartment with a designated dog relief area, which is perfect for quick potty breaks. I’m very outdoorsy, so I love taking dogs on long walks, especially if they need more exercise or stimulation. I often visit nearby parks, green areas, and even dog-friendly beaches when possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first — I adapt to their energy level and needs, whether they enjoy adventure or just lounging around.
A typical day
A typical day with your pet starts with a nice walk or some playtime to get their energy out and start the day on a happy note. Depending on their personality and needs, we might go for a stroll around the neighborhood, visit a nearby park, or just enjoy some indoor play and snuggles. Throughout the day, I provide companionship, enrichment, and attention — whether that means playing with their favorite toys, practicing basic commands, or simply relaxing together. I also make sure feeding times, potty breaks, and any special instructions are followed closely. If your pet loves the outdoors, we might go for longer walks or even an adventure to a dog-friendly beach or trail! The day always ends with calm bonding time to help them wind down and feel safe and loved.
