Hi, I’m Julia! I’m a sophomore at UF and a volunteer at the Humane Society, where I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. One of my favorite things is the Barks and Rec program, where I get to take shelter dogs out for the day—whether that’s a long walk, a park adventure, or just some sunshine and snuggles outside of the kennel. It’s taught me how to handle energetic pups, comfort shy or nervous ones, and make sure every dog feels safe and happy. I love sending fun photo updates so you can see your pet smiling, playing, or napping, and I promise to give them all the love and attention they deserve while you’re away.

Julia was always on time and took Elsa for walks without any issues. I wholeheartedly recommend Julia for highly responsible dog friendly walks. I will ask for her from now on!
Did wonderful and even stayed a little longer while I had class early in the morning. Noodle loved her and was super excited to see me when I got back.
Julia took great care of our dog Hailey! Julia was also very responsive to texts and kept us updated about Hailey’s day! We’re definitely going to leave our pup with her again!
My pup has stayed with Julia a few times and I was very comfortable with having her stop into my apartment to let the dogs out. She communicated very well with me during the visit about my shy foster dog. And I was impressed with her willingness to take my dogs out in the rain as long as they were up for it.
Julia helped out with a last minute dog sitting for my senior pup. I appreciated her prompt communication and flexibility for my schedule with an early morning drop off. I’d gladly ask her to pet sit again!
Julia is great with dogs! She volunteers at the local animal shelter by fostering a dog for the day. She takes them out to the park, walks them, and socializes them with other people. Julia also takes care of our family dog by walking, feeding, and cuddling!

Schedule
My class schedule is super flexible, so fitting in pet care is easy for me! I can do morning walks before class, hangouts in the afternoon, or evening cuddles after a study session. Weekends are relaxed too, which means extra time for adventures with your pup or quality chill time with your kitty.

I always follow your instructions, stick to your pet’s routine, and make sure walks are safe (no risky shortcuts, always leashed, plenty of water breaks).
