I watch after family pets periodically, and am free-lance working so have plenty of availability to help out. Going for walks multiple times a day through the area and on car rides to further adventures!

We always keep our dog on a lead in our yard as well as having a harness on walks with a traffic handle. I always wear bright clothing while on walks and follow traffic rules. I can crate animals or put up gates to keep out of certain areas if needed.

To keep your pets safe and happy I’d love to know a bit more about your pet! • does your pet have any medical concerns/medication, special needs, allergies/dietary restrictions? • If your pet is a dog are they able to go to the dog park/be around other dogs? How do they act on leash? • Does your pet normally have any destructive tendencies? (Chew/claw furniture etc) or have any anxieties/behaviors separation anxiety, nervous of fireworks/ loud noises? • Do they allow all handling? (Touch hind legs, rub belly etc) • do they have restrictions from any type of toy? • Are they House trained? (Wee-wee pads) or trained to go outside in the yard? Leash trained? • Has your pet been spayed/neutered? • Does your dog know any commands sit, stay etc? Or have any words that promote aggression?
A typical day
I love to take our dog to green lakes and walk around, go for hikes or just around the neighborhood. Enrichment is key for every animal whether it be a treats, puzzles, pets or outdoor activities!

Hello! I’ve been around and taking care of animals my whole life. My family over the years has had cats, dogs, birds and some other little creatures. I worked in a high volume animal shelter in NYC as well as was a manager for a rescue. I have a bachelors degree in Wildlife Biology. I’m just an animal person through and through and would love to meet your fur babies! I can walk your pet, feed them, playtime and just be happy to watch over them for you. I’m comfortable with all sizes and don’t breed discriminate. I have also administered medicine/fluids if that is something your pet may need just let me know! Julia has been one of my best friends for a few years now, and she is not only loved by me, but she’s loved by my two cats as well (super important). She has always shown extreme passion for animals of all kinds, including mine and her beautiful pup, Pualu. All day long at work she gets to take care of animals and transport them to loving homes, and she even fosters sometimes.
