I make my own schedule as a dog trainer, which allows me the flexibility to offer pet care as well! We take daily walks, play outside, and have bathroom breaks based on your pets individual needs. You will receive frequent updates, pictures, and videos!

I have a 6+ foot fence to provide a safe bathroom and play area for dogs of all sizes! My pets are friendly and love meeting everyone who visits. In your home, I will do my best to follow routines that are familiar to your pet. Playing, feeding, and walks! Cats will be kept indoors and dogs will go out on leash or in your fenced yard.

I would like to know about a dogs personality, tolerance toward other dogs, cats, and children, allergies or medical needs, fears or behavior concerns, any training you're working on, and your pets favorite toys, games, and activities. As a dog trainer, I understand how much is invested in teaching your best friend to be a well mannered member of your household. I am happy to reinforce the hard work you're doing together! Please let me know if your dog isn't allowed on the bed/sofa, is learning not to jump up, or has been practicing a new trick!
A typical day
I am available full time to provide supervised play and bathroom breaks every 2-6 hours depending on your pets needs. Includes 15 minutes of one on one, positive only, obedience practice or brain games for enrichment (let me know if there is something you're working on!). For dogs here boarding, we take a walk/jog daily and introduce loose leash walking if needed! For the health and safety of all pets in the home, if your dog will be here for boarding or daycare, they must be up to date on all preventative care and age appropriate vaccines OR titer tested within the past year. Please have your pets records or vets contact information available at the meet & greet. Thank you!

Pet care experience
Animals are my passion! Rest easy knowing that your furry family members are well cared for, relaxing, playing, socializing, exercising, and learning! I have experience with dogs, cats, horses, and small and exotic pets. I spent a lot of time reading, researching, and being around animals growing up. I started pet sitting and dog walking in 2010 while I was still in high school. After high school I informally trained dogs with and for friends and family. As of December 2019, I am officially a certified dog trainer. In addition to dog training, I worked as a kennel tech for a vet hospital in Raleigh. I'm excited to carry these experiences forward as I meet new pets and their people, ensuring quality pet care!

Absolutely love Julia & Sarah! Our babies had a blast and came home worned out! I appreciate you ladies for your patience, care and love with both but, mainly with Nebi since she's a little hyper and still in training.
Julia and her family were so welcoming of our English Bulldog, Mocha. We appreciated the photos and updates as we traveled, and would gladly use her again!
