Our home is a pet´s dream vacation.
The Blessing’s Dog Sitting- We will care for your pet as if it is our own. Also offering dog walking in Middleton and the surrounding Villages. Offering individualized care, we only take one client at a time. We live in Middleton; it is off Central Parkway (formerly E C 470) and Marsh Bend Trail, near the south side of The Villages and in between Sumterville and Okahumpka. The Rover map is incorrect, as it puts the pin in a general area. Middleton is very new construction, and thus most GPS systems don't work in the area, just to give you a heads up. We have a fenced in yard for the pups to play in. I am in college to become a veterinary technician, and I work part time at a vet clinic, and my husband works mainly evenings. We have a dog but have the capability to separate them if need be. Before booking, we require a meet and greet so that we can make sure that all the dogs will get along and that you are comfortable with us. I have a passion for animals, especially dogs, and I would love to enjoy the company of yours.

I cannot recommend Julia enough! They took such amazing care of my pup while I was away, I felt completely at ease the entire time. I got regular updates and photos, which I really appreciated, and it was clear my dog was happy, safe, and in great hands. I’ll definitely be booking again in the future!
Boarding our 2 miniature schnauzers with Julia and her husband was seamless! They were so easy to work with, sent us pics of our pups, and were such pleasant people. I hope they are available the next time we need Rover.
Julia was absolutely amazing with my dog Willow! Her communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring. She took the time to understand Willow’s needs and routine, and kept me updated with messages and photos throughout the stay, which really helped ease my mind while we were away. I work part time, my husband works full time. One of us is generally home to take of the pups and let them out to play.

We have a yard for play time and a couch for snuggles. We will love on and give lots of cuddles to your pet as if it were our own.

A typical day
Weather permitting, we will take your pup on daily walks around the neighborhood. (Due to the Florida heat, we’ll walk at night.) Can’t wait to meet your four legged family member.

- Dogs will be dropped off no earlier than 6:00 a.m., and will be picked up no later than 10:00 p.m. Dogs must be free of internal (intestinal worms) and external (fleas and ticks) parasites. We crate all dogs when we leave the house for quick errands. If your dog has never been crate trained, we may not be the best fit for your pet. It is important that your dog is good with small dogs, as we have a 10 lb pup. Let me know if your dog has any pertinent medical issues and needs medication (I can give medication). Also please specify if there are any special feeding instructions.
