Hello! My name is Julia. I am a 28-year-old professional taking a break from the Corporate World and focusing on Life, Love, and Family. My Husband and I moved to Durango with our 4 fur-babies in September 2023; We have fallen in love with Colorado and are so thankful to call this our Home! I am child-free, reliable, and able to take care of your pets exactly as you desire. As a pet mom myself, I truly understand the concern of your pets while you're on vacation. I provide professional, kind, communicative, and highly organized care for your pets and will work hard to ensure your absence is as comfortable for them as possible. Dog Experience: I am very experienced and knowledgeable with a wide variety of dogs. This includes but is not limited to: -Dogs with aggressive tendencies; -Both large and small breeds; -Senior dogs requiring medical care; -Special needs dogs; -Puppies and their daily structure. Cat Experience: I am also very comfortable and experienced in taking care of cats. With 2 cats of my own, I notice they tend to be more straightforward and am very good at ensuring their needs are met. I have no issue with providing medication, adhering to strict feeding schedules, cleaning litter boxes, playing with them, etc, however you prefer. 😊 Additional Pets: Although I specialize in dogs & cats, I am comfortable with a wide variety of animals. I have experience caring for birds, saltwater and freshwater fish, plants, rodents, reptiles etc. If you have any questions or would like to set up a meet and greet, please feel free to contact me anytime. 😊

Caring in a Client's Home: - I understand every pet and caregiving strategy is different. Happy to listen and adjust to your expectations. - Notify the client when I get to the home and check in with a photo and update on how they're doing. - Take pet outside, play with them, and ensure they go potty before bringing them inside. - Always make sure they have water and give them some extra love before I leave.

Julia is great! She's one of those people who you like the moment you set eyes on her. It's obvious that she loves dogs and is not shy about showing it. Because I had such faith in Julia, I was able to enjoy a night out with my friends without having to be concerned about my two dogs. I highly recommend Julia, and I will certainly choose her again when I need a sitter.
We are very happy with the service that Julia provided. We will be calling upon her in the near future. So wonderful to leave our old kids in the hands of someone reliable and caring. Thank you!

Julia is such a great friend to my three dogs! They warmed up to her so quickly and easily.
Julia was on time and cheerful. She agreed to dog-sit on short notice. We felt comfortable leaving our dog in her care at our vacation rental. She took him out to potty three times. She stayed until we returned as we wanted to be sure our dog didn’t chew anything or have an “accident” to mark his territory as other dogs had been in the house. She also kept him from barking in an unfamiliar place. We would hire Julia again with no hesitation.

Schedule: -Lots of free time, is available to care for your pets on your schedule. - Used to early mornings and late evenings. - Able to spend longer durations than the average Rover at every stop.
