Love all animals! Experienced.
Hi! My undergrad major was animal science from Morehead State University and also competed on their equestrian team, with over 10 years working in vet clinics as a tech and groomer in Rowan and Woodford Co. I do have experience in giving medications if needed, including insulin injections. Please know that Rover does complete background checks on sitters and I also have been background checked and drug tested as an employee for U.K. I completed my Master's in Education Policy and Evaluation and went on to work in higher education at the University of Kentucky, but miss spending time with animals. I have one cat currently and former dog mom to Kaiser (Rottweiler) and Roxy (Doberman). I am dependable and trustworthy with experience with all breeds of dogs (large and small), cats, horses, goats, pigs and cows (you name it!). Through Rover, I have had experience with taking care of a diabetic Yorkie and a Corgi who had ACL surgery. The only creature I would possibly have to decline is a spider. Weekends and evening are generally best for me, however I can be flexible. I look forward to meeting your babies and providing excellent care and attention while you are away.

Always a perfect stay for Miley!
I highly recommend Julia! She went over and beyond to make sure things went well. My dog loved her and seemed to think twice about coming home! Lol She did really well with my cat too, who was a bit scared at first and standoffish; Julia was able to make my cat come out of her shell in the week that she was watching her. Julia not only cares about animals, but people too which is a major plus. We would book her again in a heartbeat!

Julia did a great job house and pet sitting for us during a long weekend away. She treated our kids like her own! We will definitely be booking future trips!!
Julia was wonderful with our two cats. She enjoyed playing with them and really treated our babies like her own. She also went the extra mile for us and was flexible with changes to the schedule. Highly recommended.

If your pet has toys they like to play with I do enjoy playing with them. If the weather is nice I like to take walks in downtown Georgetown and Midway.
