I work full time so I am unable to care for animals for around 8 hours of Sunday-Thursday and sometimes Friday. But I usually have mornings off and can spend time with animals then.

Each animal is different and I’ve fully experienced that. I treat animals on a case by case basis, based on information provided to me and my own experience meeting each animal. I’m a very schedule oriented person. I’m very aware of needed attention and enrichment. I also know any client will want pictures of their babies and am more than happy to oblige.

Let me know what your animal’s quirks are. They are just as routine oriented as we are, and sticking to it always makes them more comfortable. If they have specific commands, let me know how to use them. All caretakers use different verbal/visual cues to communicate with their animals.
A typical day
For high energy dogs I like to start with a walk and training/tricks session. I’ve found that mental stimulation is just as important for dogs as physical activity. For low energy dogs I just listen to what they want. Cuddles, walks, tricks, or awkwardly sitting in the same room together.

I have taken care of many kinds of dogs. Mostly muts but some Australian shepherds, mini poodles, several senior dogs. I’m used to intense walks with hyperactive dogs, but I do prefer a leisurely stroll. I frequently volunteer at ARNO, so I'm not afraid of the messy stuff!

Julia is kind, caring, and great with dogs. She has animal/ house sat for me many times. The dogs have always been well taken care of. She makes them her priority while in her care. Julia also has strong work ethic and makes the house is just as you left it or better. I would highly recommend her to care for any animal of mine.
Julia is an amazing pet sitter. She loves our animals, and they love her as well. I have a hard time leaving our animals when we travel, but I never have to worry them when Julia is there. She is very responsible and professional, and gives all of our pets her undivided love and attention. I highly recommend her!
