I’ve always had pets since I was little, gaining a lot of experience over the years. I’ve been the proud owner of my dog, who I adopted from a shelter, for the past 7 years. In addition to caring for my own dog, I’ve looked after many other animals, including dogs and cats. I used to take care of dogs in Dubai and the UK, where I’ve cared for pets with different breeds and personalities. What sets me apart is my deep love for animals and my hands-on experience with both puppies and senior pets. I’m patient, attentive, and dedicated to providing the best care possible. Whether it’s puppy training or offering extra care for senior pets, I always ensure every pet feels safe, loved, and well taken care of.

Molly had a great time with Julia. She seemed very tired when she got home which is a sign she had a very good stay. Julia was really attentive, sending us photos of what Molly was up to. Also very grateful to Julia as Molly needed some medicine whilst we were away and Julia took over that with no issues. Julia was very easy to communicate with and responsive which was great.
We cannot recommend Julia highly enough! She’s an absolutely lovely person, so calm and kind to our dogs. She is so polite and friendly and is always on time. Our dogs love her & are so pleased to see her each time she comes.
Julia stepped up for an emergency booking and really looked after Eddie while I was in hospital. This was a very kind act as she had not met Eddie before and gets my highest praise for prioritising our wellbeing over normal protocol. Julia is amazing and I would trust my Eddie with her anytime.
We would highly recommend Julia as our cocker spaniel Lemmy loved his stay with her. There a lots of nice walks nearby to Julia’s and she sent us regular updates with photos.
Julia is absolutely lovely and was brilliant house sitting our 3 dogs. She had to deal with an elderly wobbly dog and one that had just had leg surgery and she was very kind and attentive and caring. She sent regular updates & pictures. Highly recommended!
Cookie and Muffin had a lovely day with Julia. Two nice long walks avoiding the heat of the day which nicely tired them out for a nice quiet evening after we collected them. Julia clearly loves looking after the dogs who stay with her and the level of care was excellent. We would have no qualms about rebooking Julia and she's gone right to the top of our list for the next times we need a dog sitter.

Schedule
I work from home, which allows me to spend plenty of time with my dog and provide him with the attention he needs. I make sure to take him on a minimum of 3 long walks each day, giving him both exercise and quality time outdoors. This routine keeps us both active and connected, and I’m able to manage pet care seamlessly throughout my day.

In my home, I create a comfortable and safe environment for pets, ensuring they feel relaxed and at ease. I have a big garden where pets can play and explore, providing them with plenty of space for exercise and fun. I also provide structured walks, playtime, and personalized attention based on each pet’s needs. Additionally, I maintain a clean and secure space, with proper feeding routines and plenty of mental and physical stimulation. When caring for pets in a pet owner's home, I make sure to follow the pet’s established routine, including feeding, walks, and any special care instructions. I prioritize maintaining a familiar environment for the pet, minimizing stress while giving them the same level of love, care, and attention they would receive at home.

A typical day
A typical day with the pets I care for would be full of fun and bonding! Here’s how it might go: Morning: I’d start the day with a brisk walk or a play session. If it’s a dog, we could head out to the park for a nice stroll, giving them a chance to sniff around and burn off some energy. For a cat, I might play with some interactive toys like a laser pointer or feather wand to get them moving. Afterward, we’d enjoy breakfast together, with each pet getting their favorite meal. I’d make sure their bowls are clean and fresh water is available. Midday: A nap time! Pets love their rest, so I’d create a calm, cozy environment for them to relax in. In the meantime, I might clean their living spaces, fill up any toy boxes, or organize their area to ensure everything is ready for the next playtime. If it's a dog, I could take them to a dog-friendly café or let them run around in a safe yard while I catch up on some working. Afternoon: Playtime again! For dogs, we might do some fetch or tug-of-war. Cats enjoy exploring new spaces, so I might set up a little puzzle or treat challenge to keep them engaged. Evening: As the day winds down, I’d offer some quiet bonding time, like brushing, cuddling, or just sitting together while I watch TV. Pets love attention, and this would be a peaceful way to end the day. Before bed, I’d make sure to give them a final bathroom break (for the dogs) or ensure their sleeping spots are comfy. Throughout the day, the goal is to keep them happy, healthy, and engaged with lots of love and attention!
