I can't say enough good things about Julia and the incredible care they gave to my dog, Ellie. From the moment we met, I knew Ellie was in the best possible hands.Julia went above and beyond—taking Ellie on long walks, keeping her on her routine, sending regular updates (which I so appreciated!), and making sure she felt loved every step of the way. Ellie can be a bit shy with new people, but she bonded with Julia almost instantly—which says a lot. When I came back, Ellie was happy, healthy, and clearly had been treated like part of their family. It gave me such peace of mind knowing she was so well cared for.
