Jules goes above and beyond!!! very impressed and my animals absolutely LOVE her!

Jules always go above and beyond.

She was nice, friendly, fed and took care of paku. However, she didn’t follow my instructions and fed him too much as I came back and noticed that almost half of the dry food was empty. She was also late few times and one time was late for 6 hours. I would’ve appreciated if she would have let me know and be transparent on how late she will be - I was worried she wouldn’t show up and had to remind her of check-in time.

Jules was stupendous, she went above and beyond to make sure our kitties were well taken care of and given so much attention.

Jules only stopped by 7 of the 11 days that we paid her for. We have a camera for our front door and she would constantly miss days of just visiting our cat. We have a automated cat feeder, water bowl and kitty litter. All she needed to do was check them and give our cat some attention. When we got home our kitty robot was not cycling and overfull. I also had to remind her to check the level of food on the feeder. My feeder had warned me that it was empty. We left for a Greece vacation and I was just hoping for my cat to get some interaction. Instead it went to just hoping my cat had enough food. She's very nice and accommodating but we were disappointed to feel like our cat was not a priority when we were thousands of miles away from home.

Jules was a great drop in cat sitter. Would book her again
