Julenna was punctual, conscientious, and generous with updates while I was gone. My pup was very happy there, judging from the photos.

We’ve used Julenna several times. Our two dogs are always well cared for.

I was really looking forward to Gabbie's stay with Julenna. Thought her dog and my dog would have a lot of fun together while I was away. She even offered to watch my other dog when I was struggling to find someone to watch her which I appreciated. Julenna wanted to set up a meet and greet. While trying to set up a time (5/18), she didn't respond for four days (5/22). We finally set up a time to meet (5/24 @ 6:30). The next day (5/23), she said that she was actually available to meet that day if that worked better. I tried to set up a time and after four messages sent hours apart, she did not respond. I let her know the following day (5/24) that I needed communication from her if she was going to watch my dog and with my trip quickly approaching, I needed something locked in. She blamed it on messages not being sent and she "fell asleep". Didn't really believe that as I had sent messages at 11:20 am, 2:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. We ended up meeting and everything seemed good to go and I was set to drop off at 7:30 a.m. to fit her work schedule. The next day I tried to get her address. I sent messages at 2 p.m. and after no response, I followed up at 6:45 p.m. Again got no response. The day I was set to leave for my trip, I sent messages trying to get an address at 6:38 a.m., 6:49 a.m., and 7:08 a.m. I finally cancelled at 7:26 a.m. I should have seen the previous unresponsiveness as a huge red flag. If she didn't have intentions on watching my dog, I wish she would have just told me so that I could have made other arrangements earlier. Thankfully, I was able to find someone else to watch my dog that day and my trip wasn't completely ruined. However, it was still a very disappointing and I'm not sure others would have been so lucky in my situation. Giving two stars because I believe in second chances and not judging people in a bad moment. She seemed very nice. Unfortunately a lack of communication ruined my experience.

Julenna and her pup Tucker were very nice and warming. Zoey had some separation anxiety, but Julenna was able to settle her down. She allowed her to roam the entire house and play out in the fenced in back yard. She responded to our text right away. Would definitely have her go to daycare again.

She was amazing with our dog who is usually shy. She was so helpful and agreed to our last minute request.

Julenna is excellent! She is very responsible and dependable. She is knowledgeable about dogs and I feel good knowing my puppy is in good hands!
