Juejin was a wonderful cat sitter. She's gentle, patient, flexible, and communicative. She has cats of her own and is knowledgeable. She suggested a meet and greet in advance which helped us feel comfortable as this was our first time having our cat stay at a non-family member's house. Juejin had a well-thought out plan to make sure our cat would be comfortable staying at her house. Since our cat is very shy, Juejin was patient and when our cat didn't cooperate with the plans, Juejin pivoted and adapted to make our cat comfortable. Juejin sent regular updates and pictures throughout the stay. I will absolutely use her again and would recommend her. Thank you Juejin!
I've been using Juejin a couple of times a year for the last couple of years to board my two cats when I'm away for extended periods. They are always attentive to the cats' needs and send me frequent updates. My cats are always well taken care of and they play and provide them with everything they need. I will continue to use Juejin for my future boardings!

I wanted Juejin again for my second time thought I somehow searching in the wrong place. However I was able to book her for a 2nd time. I would certainly keep her as a permanent sitter, however her area will be changing. Her new location area will be getting a very valued and dependable person for drop-in visits. I recommend her highly.
Juejin and her partner did a great job of looking after Theo and Knightley - even gave Theo extra treats, toys, and play to celebrate his first birthday since I couldn’t :). They offered different foods when they noticed my kitties weren’t eating well, which they apparently loved. Kitties got lots of play and exercise by report and photos/videos, and came back with their coats looking good. I think they miss their time with them! Thank you for taking such good care of my boys 😸
