I have been a dog sitter for many family and friends since I was a teenager. This has included specialized care for small dogs such as regimented feeding routines and supervised meal times. I have also cared for geriatric dogs who have mobility issues. I have experience providing complex medications for cats, including IV fluids and medication injections during my time as a foster parent. I am happy to provide more complex care for your pet if required.

Judy took wonderful care of our anxious dog. She handled his minor health issue that occurred during his stay with calm professionalism. Her communication is excellent and we would absolutely recommend Judy!
Judy was wonderful with Harry and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Before his daycare visit, she asked thoughtful questions about his needs and routine and sent regular updates during the day. Harry looked very happy, relaxed, and content when I picked him up. I highly recommend Judy. This was Mochi’s first boarding experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to care for him. Judy is an excellent communicator and clearly very experienced. My cat requires daily medication and insulin injections, and she took care of him as if he were her own. Throughout the entire stay, I never felt like I was away from him or had to worry, because I knew he was in good hands. Thank you so much for giving me such peace of mind. I’ll definitely book with Judy again.

Schedule
I am a doctoral student with a flexible work and study schedule. I work from home and can provide consistent supervision for your pet if need be. My schedule is flexible and am able to accommodate a variety of pet schedules from day to night. I am available for pick up and drop off of pets depending on location.

I live in a house with a fenced yard with easy access to grass, and am also near a number of local parks for longer walks and play including a fenced dog park. I have a separate bathroom that can accommodate small to medium size crates if need be. I have previously used this washroom as a way of introducing new foster cats into my home.
A typical day
I love to go on long walks myself so you can be rest assured that your pet will be well exercised with me! With my work and study schedule, I have flexibility to provide walks in the morning, afternoon, or evening. I have several parks near me that can be explored, and Renfrew Ravine as a potential option. I'm also happy to take your dog to the Renfrew Dog Park if appropriate for some off leash time.
