Judy was very nice to work with. It was a quick plan change and we needed boarding unexpectedly at a home set up over the few Thanksgiving holidays. Judy was very accommodating. Koa and myself got a brief meet with her the day before. Would have liked to see the inside of house where Koa would sleep and accommodations. She said she had another dog inside so I accepted that. Went for short walk near home. Sent a one video of him on walk when she was sitting for him. Replies to txt messages quickly. Close to our home, near nice walk areas he's been on before. Would consider using Rover/ and Judy again if needed. We usually take him with us but those occasions do pop up. Rover website not the easiest for me to use, see others have that same issue. In process I appreciate and hope easier to get back to previous page will improve and see inside home next time. Very nice neighborhood yet till need that reassurance. Glad Rover was available and lots of people available to choose from. Thanks
