Judy took great care of our dog, Maxi. It was such a relief to know that Maxi was in such loving and responsible hands.

Judy took great care of my dog. Administered her meds and made sure she was loved and comfortable. She provided daily updates and pics, too! I couldn't have asked for a better experience for Weezie or me!
Thanks Judy!

Judy and her husband were really great. I was worried because our dog is scared of new men, but he took to Judy's husband right away. Judy sent us lots of updates during his stay and our pup didn't pick up any bad habits (new ones that is!) while he was there. Wonderful, huge yard with wall

I’m recently retired so I’m home full time. I’ve been an animal lover all my life, have had a variety of pets but mostly dogs.
Years ago I used to board my dogs at a kennel. I always dreaded having to drop them off knowing it was never like home.
It wasn’t until I discovered Rover that I knew what a difference it makes having them in their own home or ...

What Judy would like to know about your dog

I require a meet and greet first to ensure my home is a good fit for your dog. Typically there’s a bit of an adjustment period when a dog is in an unfamiliar environment but seeing how dogs interact with each other is a pretty good indicator whether it’s going to work.
If dogs do well in a social setting and have had positive exposure to other dogs there usually isn’t a problem. I like to know if a dog gets along with dogs large and small. It’s good to know their routine and habits and general personality. My dogs are up to date on their vaccinations and I insist that dogs I watch are current on theirs. Finally, I would like to know if a dog is crate trained in the event I have to leave for a short period of time.
