PhD in dog-loving
My previous dog lived till 17 (!) so I have experience working with senior dogs, including managing complicated medication regimens and showing extra care and patience with older pets. I have worked with various breeds and love dogs of all kinds! I also have experience cat-sitting for friends in the past 3 years and enjoy hanging out with cats as well. As a graduate student, I have a flexible schedule and prioritize effective communication and fast replies. I take my pet-sitting duties very seriously and will do everything in my power to ensure your pet is safe and happy!

I strongly believe that a working Rover relationship depends on clear communication and trust. Given the necessary tools and information to best care for your pet, I will follow instructions carefully and look after your pet to the best of my ability.

Judy cared for our pups like they were her own. She sent tons of photos and updates and they looked so happy and calm with her. She was communicative throughout the entire time we were gone which we very much appreciated. And she took care of our home like it was her own. We will be requesting her services again in the future
Thank you Judy for taking great care of Cookie. Through the regular photos I could see that Cookie was comfortable and happy with you in our home. When we returned home she was happy to see us and at the same time I could see she wasn't distressed. Would be happy to have you look after Cookie again in the future if possible!
Judy and her partner took such great care of our home and our dog while we were away for the weekend. Communication was excellent before and during the stay, and we received lots of photos showing how great of a time they were having. We returned home to a very happy dog who had clearly bonded with his new pals, and to a home that was just as we left it. We would love to have Judy back again in the future, and we highly recommend her!

We were a bit hesitant at first because we weren't sure Judy was as familiar with cats as she's obviously is with dogs. But we're actually amazed at how great Judy took care of Patate! Patate is usually very spicy when she's alone with strangers coming in her house, but this time, it went very well! We got pictures every day and we could see that Patate was relaxed. She even sploofed! The communication also went smoothly and Judy was understanding, patient and flexible. I can't recommend her enough!

Schedule
I am currently completing my PhD and am flexible all day most weekends or weekdays between 4-10pm for walks and drop-in visits, with some exceptions before 4pm with advance notice. Overnight house-sitting is also flexible with advance notice.
