At our home dogs are family. They have run of the house and yard. They can go in and out through the dog door. We play, we walk, we pamper. It's vacation for your pup and Norm is a great dog friend.

Information Judy B. would like to know about your pet
Be aware. Our dog is big, loves love and lives to play. If you have a dog that does not like other dogs or are afraid of large dogs, Norm's house is probably not for you. If your dog LOVES other dogs, especially big dogs. They will love it here and fit right in. **For the protection and peace of mind of dogs and family, all new boardings must do a meet and greet before anything is booked. Also be aware of previously listed dog breed restrictions before booking requests.
A typical day
They are not just dogs, they are family. Here they have friends, walks, toys to play with, furniture to lounge on and people who probably love dogs more than most people.

Rescue Foster Mom is Here to Help
Pet care experience
If you are looking for a real home, (not a kennel) and a foster mom to play with and comfort your fur baby while you are away, you’ve come to the right place. I have had dogs all my life. I grew up with them, raised four daughters who grew up with dogs and I have been fostering dogs for Berner Inc (the New England rescue for Bernese Mountain Dogs) since 2014. We currently have a four year old Bernese Mountain Dog named Norm who helps us with foster dogs at our home in Leominster. He is an emotional support dog that loves other dogs and their people. He makes nursing home visits with my deacon husband and brings great comfort to so many. We have a large fenced yard for the dogs to run and play and a big doggie door for their access into the sunroom and house. We have a newly rebuilt doggie playground. It’s a seven foot deck with ramps with a tire tunnel underneath. There’s a fairly indestructible and widely used doggie wading pool made out of a concrete mixing bin. There are deck chairs, dog beds and toys galore and of course, a lot of love to go around. While your pup is here... they’re family. I am an active person so morning walks are no problem. I operate a home-based sign shop called NanaSays, which also helps support dog rescue and gives me the flexibility to be your go-to person when your dog needs a foster mom to give him love and attention. *Please be aware of dog breed restrictions: I do not accept Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobbermans or dogs over 100 lbs due to insurance/safety.
Reviews

Not a sitter extended family for Sable. Wouldn't want to leave her with anyone else.

She's already pouting! Thanks again

We are so grateful to Judy for caring for our fur baby! Judy and Rosie have a super calm demeanor and a gorgeous back yard with lots of room to play! Thank you!!

Judy always takes such great care of Luna!
