Judith K. cancelled a booking 2 days before it was scheduled to begin.

I greatly appreciate that Judith was able to watch our 3 cats last minute, but overall I don't think it was a good fit for our needs. One of our cats has special dietary needs and another is a kitten who is very shy and hides from strangers, both of which seemed to be stressful for the sitter. I was most disappointed at the misunderstanding of scheduling needs because we had specified that we would not be home until Sunday evening. However, I received a message Sunday morning that the cats had been fed breakfast around 630 in the morning, that our house key had been left outside, and that the sitter had left. This meant that my cats did not eat for over 12 hours and the security of our home was debatable, which was not what was expected or communicated. It seems like one pet or a shorter time period might be better.
